Patron Welfare Facility

One Care

The One Care Facility focuses on event patrons at an individual basis, focusing on harm minimisation and mental and physical wellness. We believe that everyOne should be having the time of their lives at while they are at concerts/festivals/events.

One on One

One Care uses a holistic approach when caring for patrons (or event staff) who are experiencing crisis, trauma and loss. Our Carers come from a person-centred approach and find out what each person needs using the core elements of Psychological First Aid, to feel safer and more secure than when they first were bought into the facility. Part of the service is ensuring the space we operate in is a comfortable sanctuary by fitting it out with the appropriate décor and furnishings.
