Anton currently works as a WHS Coordinator for Victoria and South Australia for a large steel manufacturing company. Previous experience involved working in Safety for Construction and Mining companies. Anton's experience relative to events include production, stage management, operations and decor design and installations.

When asked, Anton had this to say about why he is passionate about caring for crowds "I love music and well organised and run public events. Public events bring “out of character” behaviours where patrons do not take reasonable care for their own safety. Drunk and disorderly behaviour leads sometime to adverse effect on health and safety of the patron concerned or others around them. When quizzed about safety tips he replied "Excellent pre-event planning equals a successful and safe event event. I think the importance of traffic management plans, crowd management, emergency plans, pedestrian management, safety barriers, fire safety, service plans, safe evacuation, and the importance of occupancy permits for temporary structures should not be over looked."

Anton has a great understanding of the importance of having well articulated and easy to comprehend plans and documentation. Although he may be the youngest of the crew, Anton's experience in drafting, authoring and revising Emergency Management Plans, Traffic Plans, Safety Plans and Risk Assessments is substantial.

We are blessed and honoured to have on board as a consultant for anything to do with the Safety industry outside of events, and also to having him being involved with us on the weekends as a Place of Public Entertainment Safety Officer .
