Meet our Crowd Welfare Officer

Marnie Rowley

In 2012 Marnie completed her Cert IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs before completing a Diploma of Community Services in 2013. She has used those skills working as a Forensic Outreach Support Worker. In 2015 she completed her level 2 Security Operations and has since worked at many events performing a wide range of roles within the security framework.

Marnie has a sincere love of music and music festivals (she is also a very talented singer). She also loves helping people. By being of service at music festivals she gets the best of both worlds as a Crowd Welfare Officer.

Marnie works in well with the team and has compassion and understanding to look after the welfare of people suffering trauma, as well as a security background to assist in identifying and managing threats.

Marnie's excellent Customer Relation, Interpersonal and Conflict Resolution skills combined with her knowledge and experience of Events ensures that she handles each situation in the best possible manner.

Marnie's understanding, compassion, work ethic and dedication is exemplary, and is perfect for her role as Crowd Welfare Officer with Crowd Care.
